We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Obligations

• Interfere with or limit another user's access to our services
• Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with service performance or security

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 CAIROS AI Content

All materials provided through our website and services including datasets, documentation, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by CAIROS AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

4.2 User Content

By submitting content to us (e.g., feedback, prompts, red-team logs, or data uploaded to our systems), you grant CAIROS AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving our services.

You retain ownership of your content.

5. Professional Services & Pricing

Any paid engagement including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or equivalent commercial contract. Such agreements override the general terms where conflicts occur.

6. Confidentiality

CAIROS AI may access sensitive information to perform contracted services. We commit to:

• Maintaining strict confidentiality
• Following our Privacy Policy
• Complying with all signed NDAs and contractual confidentiality obligations
• Adhering to industry best practices for data protection

We do not use customer data for model training unless expressly authorized in writing.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose
• Any vulnerabilities or issues identified will eliminate all risks

7.2 No Professional Advice

CAIROS AI provides expert guidance in AI safety and security. However, our services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for those areas.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAIROS AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including losses relating to:

• Profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access or alteration of data
• Any other damages arising from use of our services

Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to CAIROS AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAIROS AI and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of another party's rights
• Your content submissions

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may delete associated data unless legally obligated to retain it.

11.2 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
